About Me

Chelsea (preferred name: Glory) is a former Senior Product Designer and Information Architect at Walgreens.

Before joining Walgreens, she worked on designing complex enterprise systems, leading cross-functional teams, and creating strategies that bridge design and business goals. Her experience includes mapping processes and flows, crafting intuitive user interfaces, conducting user research, and implementing product solutions from concept to launch.

Chelsea’s journey into UX began with her role as an IT Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she developed business analysis proposals, delivered engaging presentations to stakeholders, and collaborated with clients and partners. Through self-teaching and a drive to innovate, she transitioned into UX, blending her analytical background with a creative and user-centered design philosophy.

Her unconventional path has shaped a design approach that is innovative, adaptable, and deeply empathetic—ensuring her work resonates with users and drives impactful results.

Chelsea has a Bachelor’s of Business in Information Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame.
