Creating a New Interactive Digital Shopping Experience
The Walgreens Weekly Ad project aimed to modernize the traditional printed magazine and static PDF circular into an interactive, user-friendly digital experience. As the Lead UX Designer, I directed the design strategy, created wireframes and prototypes, and facilitated coordination between in-house teams and third-party design agencies.
Our goals were to create a navigable and intuitive online experience that displayed relevant offers concisely, increase order conversions from the ad to the cart, and foster greater customer engagement and loyalty to the Walgreens brand.
